The Marketing Specialist role is to provide general support for the overall marketing function at Seeing Machines and dedicated support to the Aftermarket business unit as they strive to increase sales and installations of Guardian, driver distraction and attention warning technology.
Reporting to the VP Corporate Communications, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Aftermarket business in executing the agreed marketing plan.
The role will support the VP Corporate Communications to execute the agreed marketing activities for the global business and develop sales and marketing material to achieve this. This will include managing trade show attendance, developing brochures and related material, sourcing merchandise, managing graphic design and video production (outsourced) and individual campaigns as they arise. Support will also be required for all marketing related administration tasks, in conjunction with the Marketing Assistant.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Administration support for the department, including supplier management and purchase order creation
- Lead digital communications for the Aftermarket business across LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media channels, in conjunction with the Marketing Assistant
- Work closely with VP Corporate Communications to develop electronic direct marketing campaigns targeted at customers in Europe, Asia Pacific and The Americas
- Maintain a regular and accurate content stream for the Seeing Machines website (blog) and via targeted electronic newsletters
- Management of the Aftermarket website, via the content management system
- Management of all Aftermarket related events and activities (eg. Tradeshows)
- Liaison with external agencies to support graphic design and merchandise management
- Support the Marketing Assistant with marketing administration tasks

- Degree in marketing, public relations or communications, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience in working in an office environment
- Digital marketing experience

- Experience working with external agencies to develop sales and marketing material
- Desire to become involved in CRM, and developing marketing and brand strategies to effectively communicate to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of colleagues
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- Ability and desire to learn new skills
