Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our busy workshop in Moss Vale. Collaborating with the entire organisation to develop reporting, root cause analysis and solutions, to drive safety initiatives in the quality products that we produce and to develop quality plans for every project that details all inspections and special requirements for critical assemblies.
Key Job Responsibilities
To have accountability for all quality activities at facility.
Maintain and lead quality system to meet internal and external audits.
Participate and drive compliance to the order review process.
Develop Quality Plans for every project that details all inspections and special requirements for critical assemblies.
Exit audit equipment to highest standard.
Collect and categorise flaws by root cause
Collaborate with entire organisation to develop reporting, root cause analysis and solutions.
Institutionalise change by modifying Management systems and coordinating training
Highlight to management process non-compliance and opportunities for improvement
Increase global cooperation and interaction as a feedback from flaws experienced in Australia

Qualifications/Requirements

Relevant Trades Certificate, equivalent administrative qualification or with equivalent experience.

A degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus.
At least five years’ experience in a field that can demonstrate the skills required.
Excellent Communication Skills
Previous goal setting and management experience
Excellent negotiating Skills
High attention to detail
