From the pre-program handover through to program delivery, as the Course Coordinator you will coordinate delivery of the operational and logístical aspects of program. You will work and communicate with a range of key stakeholders to ensure program delivery meets OEG and client expectations.

You will lead a team of staff on their journey with OEG, supporting and enabling their development and further contributing to the quality of our programs and the broader impact of development on our industry

This role holds challenge engagement, excitement, and growth.

Key Criteria
- Experience delivering outdoor education or experiential education.
- Experience leading a team of people.
- Experienced and effective at communicating across teams and departments in a manner that supports effective feedback and reporting
- Flexible, adaptable, and creative, able to problem solve and think constructively with a solution focussed mindset
- Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently Private & Confidential
- Proven skills building strong and collaborative working relationships
- A passion for outdoor education and the benefit it brings to young Australians

What you need to know:

- This is full time role based in Moss Vale, NSW
- Annual Base Salary starts from $53,900 + Super based on skills and experience
- In field allowance of.428 of daily rate paid when working a Field Day.
