The Medical Administration and Reception Officer works across our Broadmeadows and Mill Park GP Superclinics and provides reception and administration support to our team of GPs and Medical Specialists.
Working as part of the Primary Care - Medical team, and reporting to the Medical Administration Lead officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely access to appointments for patients, via the telephone or face to face
- Providing accurate and efficient administrative support
- Accurate completion of billing processes
- Use of Best Practice and Trakcare to create and maintain accurate patient records

- Competent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs.
