Seeking a bright, friendly and welcoming front of house receptionist
- Monday to Friday only | Excellent team culture with an energetic atmosphere
- We need that one extra person to help our office run that little bit smoother

**Who we're looking for**

As the front of house receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all questions and enquiries for our busy Property Management team. This role also takes phone calls for our Head Office & Fitzroy Sales office, so experience with busy phones will be an advantage. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and able to hold yourself in a professional and friendly manner. Previous real estate experience would be an advantage however we do require someone with reception/front of house experience.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous reception and customer service experience
- A clear, well spoken phone manner
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
