Private practice in Fitzroy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy Specialist Practice working with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and Respiratory Physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform all reception duties including, fax and scan documents, answering telephone, triaging enquiries, downloading and converting incoming electronic documents.
- Meet and greet patients
- Medicare and Private Billing
- Set up specialist rooms as required
- Excellent communication skills
- Theatre bookings for Respiratory specialist
- Knowledge of Zedmed and Argus software an advantage
- Experience in medical rooms an advantage but no essentials

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $29.99 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
