Veterinary Receptionist

**Veterinary Receptionist - Full Time Position (38hrs a week, spread over a four-day working week)**

Fitzroy Veterinary Hospital are currently searching for the next enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Team Member to join our family.

We are a fun, dynamic, and lovely team of Vets, Nurses and dedicated Receptions who strive to deliver the very best in veterinary care. Our team has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, putting the health and wellbeing of our patients first and our care for each other.

We have the opportunity for our new Receptionist to take on as much responsibility as they would like within the role and work with a passionate team of Vets and Nurses. If you are looking for a position within a supportive and caring clinic, then we may have the perfect role for you

**The type of team member we are looking for will have**
- Customer service/reception experience
- Previous experience working in a Veterinary Clinic is desired but not essential
- A desire to learn, develop and to continue to grow within the team
- A passion for providing excellent standards of care and exceptional customer service
- An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team
- An ability to self-manage, problem solve and show initiative but also take direction
- A genuine love for animals and their people

- Lifestyle friendly working hours. We don’t work overtime, 9am-1pm Saturdays (1 in 3) and are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
