About the role

Join the Better Big Bank to assist with the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of IT asset management. You will maintain the lifecycle for all IT assets, including IMAC, RTS, lease and maintenance. You will manage the refresh of IT Assets in our branches and admin sites. You will interact with vendors and stakeholders to manage IT assets for site openings, relocations and closures across our properties.

**In this role you’ll get to**:
Complete requests for new devices, organise build and deployment of devices to staff
Complete deployed asset management requests, maintaining details within the asset register to manage IT assets moves adds and changes
Organising the build, shipment and installation of the new devices
Decommissioning the existing devices and organising collections
When required organise the build, shipment and installation of the new devices
Management of software licencing and contracts
Conducting audits on usage for software and reclaiming unused software licences

About you

You will have sound understanding of asset management principles and practices.

Demonstrated ability to use EUC Asset management, using the asset management module of ICD or similar tool
Sound understanding of Active Directory, including device OU’s and Joining a Machine to the domain
Highly motivated with a strong proactive attitude and good consultation skills
Competent in managing and running a team wide or cross department meeting, such as a Discovery or showcase
Consulting Services to Key Stakeholders
Vendor Management experience
