We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Manager. Join our Health and Education team at Bendigo Hospital and play a key role in delivering strategic asset management and compliance. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead the delivery of asset management and compliance strategies across a major healthcare facility.- Oversee lifecycle planning, asset condition analysis, and preventative maintenance programs.- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance infrastructure performance and system resilience.- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and safety obligations.

**What You’ll Bring**- Engineering qualifications with technical knowledge of hospital infrastructure and systems.- Proven experience in Asset Facilities Management within hospital facility environments.- Strong understanding of ISO 55000, lifecycle planning, and performance-based contracts.- Knowledge of PPP models would be advantageous.- Ability to lead subcontractor performance and manage compliance frameworks.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong reporting skills and attention to accuracy.
