The HR Business Partner works closely with the business to provide specialist HR advice and support, ensuring leaders are better equipped to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

This role works closely with the business on enhancing our people practices to drive employee development and organizational success, across areas like performance management, employee development, engagement, culture and change management.

This will be a **permanent, full time** position based in the **Melbourne **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Advise and coach leaders on a wide-range of ER matters
- Partner with the business to understand, anticipate and meet business needs.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Effective collaboration with the wider People team members across SA and NSW
- Analyse appropriate metrics and provide relevant and accurate data to support recommendations.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3 - 5 years experienced in a HR Business Partnering role in a large complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience with performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional membership to AHRI or a Return to Work qualification would be advantageous.
