**About Us**:
This well-established, family-run business based in Cranbourne West, supplies top-quality windows and doors to the residential and commercial building industry across the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside, and Inner metro areas. As they continue to grow, we now require a skilled Sales Representative to join the team and drive revenue while exceeding customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential builders, both new and established.
- Promote our exceptional range of window and door products to prospective clients.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets while delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Collaborate with builders to estimate and measure on-site, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue within your territory.
- Prioritize time management to ensure reliable customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of administration processes to maintain consistency across the business.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Customer service and sales ability team player who enjoys the thrill of a sale
- Excellent time management skills with the ability perform well under pressure
- Demonstrated history selling aluminium window and door products.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and a people person who enjoys interacting with diverse customers in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
- Experience using Softech V6 software would be advantageous.
