**Salary**: $68,000-$75,000 + Uncapped Commission
Company Vehicle (Van) Provided

Are you a sales gun who loves being out on the road, building genuine relationships, and growing your own customer base? We’re looking for a **Van Sales Representative** who’s ready to hit the ground running, manage their own schedule, and drive strong results across their territory.

In this role, **you’ll take our products directly to customers**, managing sales from your company van and uncovering new business opportunities daily. If you enjoy working autonomously, thrive on meeting targets, and want a role where every day is different — this is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and win new business opportunities in your territory
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage sales transactions and customer needs directly from your van
- Attend regular sales meetings and (optional) trade/truck shows

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 1+ year of experience in a sales role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Confidence in cold-calling and territory development
- Valid **Driver Licence**:

- Full working rights in Australia
