The Role

**Key elements of the role include**:
- Act as the first point of contact for all product support needs, incidents and requests and carrying out all administrative tasks necessary to maintain continuity of service and workflow
- Completion of Data Processing jobs, jobs configuration, support tasks, cases and escalations within the agreed SLAs or expected timeframe
- Ensure daily tasks and operations (e.g. SFTP Processes, exports) have completed
- Aid the Business Development section on data and information management related projects, particularly in relation to data quality, extraction and manipulation, and presentation
- Quality Assurance for software and processed data

About You

**Knowledge of the following technologies will be a bonus**:

- Knowledge of other Scripting languages such as PowerShell, VB, Python or equivalent
