**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This nationally recognised Quantity Surveying firm is well know across Australia for their professional and quality services. As a result of their growing opportunities they are looking for an Associate quantity surveyor to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all QS work. You will be reporting to the Brisbane teams Director who is a phenomenal communicator and acknowledges their employees for their efforts. You’ll need to work within a team of 8 Quantity surveyors.

**DUTIES.**
- Manage Progress Claims and undertake assessments
- Responsible for preparing Due Diligence Report for Clients
- Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Responsible for managing the client and other consultants, at all project stage
- Responsible for compiling cost reports

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 7yrs Australian Quantity Surveying experience
- Work well within a team
- AIQS accreditation (mandatory)
