Overview

My client is a well established Consultancy with offices throughout Australia and Asia. Due to expected growth and new projects awarded they are looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in Risk Analysis, preparation of financial reports.
  • Experience with BoQ preparation and the ability to produce quick estimates.
  • Reading and interpreting building plans with good practical knowledge.
  • Experience in the Construction sector within Health, Education and Government projects.
  • Strong PC skills and an analytical mind.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or similar.
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a PQS background in Australia.
  • Experience using BuildSoft & Cost X Estimating Software.
About the Candidate

My client requires a Quantity Surveyor with ideally 3 years post graduate experience who has a few years experience with a PQS background in Australia.
