**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This nationally recognised Quantity Surveying firm is well know across Australia for their professional and quality services. Their reputation has allowed them to win some of the most difficult projects within the Education, Defence, Aged Care, Commercial and Residential sectors. As a result of their growing opportunities they are looking for an Associate Director to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and eventually step into the role of a Managing Director.

The firm is known for its diversity and its positive and collaborative team. The Directors are known for being transparent and having clear communication throughout the team.

**DUTIES.**
- Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Responsible for managing the client and other consultants, at all project stage

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 10yrs Australian Quantity Surveying experience
- Work well within a team
- AIQS accreditation (mandatory)
