As a qualified Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering the commercial requirements of the project.

You will be proficient in understanding all aspects of construction, including:

- Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.
- Management of subcontractor claims, including payment, variations & EOT claims.
- Assist with monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs.
