Product Lead position with FinTech (BNPL) Start-up

**Your new company**

You'll be joining a FinTech Startup operating within the buy now, pay later space. The company has seen significant growth since it's inception and has further growth plans for this FY. **Your new role**

You'll be leading product initiatives (strategy & delivery) across the business. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design and Customer Success to ensure you're designing world-class digital solutions.

From a strategic perspective, you'll be clearly articulating the product vision, strategy and roadmap to key stakeholders, whilst also being a people leader; training, mentoring and recruiting the very best in the market to ensure the successful achievement of the business goals.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You'll need a passion for User Experience
- Data driven approach
- Experience within a start-up or FinTech would be ideal
- You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to make good decisions quickly
- Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills
