- Products - overseeing product governance and innovation
- Pricing - ensuring pricing achieves the strategic balance between member and business value.
- Management of pricing (fees and interest rates) and the proposal of changes.
- Using market research, product analysis, and customer feedback to recognise opportunities for advancing the bank across a range of products and categories.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Solid understanding of products and pricing within financial services industry, ideally retail banking
- Experience in pricing strategy - understanding of key internal and external drivers.
- People leadership experience desirable
