**The Role**

We are a rapidly growing automotive company seeking a highly experienced

This semi-autonomous role reports to the Head of IT and will be capable of wearing many hats, getting involved in all aspects of IT to manage and oversee the function, whilst still having scope to code novel solutions to integrate third party products.

We are looking for an all-rounder up for a challenge and ready to get involved at all levels across the business to help us grow and add more value to our sites

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Oversee and manage external IT & system providers
- Manage physical IT assets
- Manage and develop support tools that provide operational metrics - internal and external
- Manage and customise third party DMS Systems
- Actively support customer reporting tools and automate where possible
- Manage Internal IT Helpdesk and provide solutions where able
- Provide local operational support & training to key staff
- Firewall / Server / Network Management

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Ideally have experience in an **Automotive** environment
- Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco CCNA Certification is preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in project management or as a technical analyst.
- Superb analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to make important decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- Dealer Management System experience advantageous.
