**About The Role**

As a **Service Advisor,** you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service for their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. You will act as a liaison between our customers and the service department, providing clear communication and exceptional customer care.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Be the face of our service department, greeting customers and ensuring they have an amazing experience.
- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle needs and explain service recommendations clearly.
- Coordinate with our skilled workshop to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the service area.

**Essential Skills & Experience**

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the below:

Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role is a plus but not required.**:

- ** A valid driver's license and clean driving record.**:

- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a smile.
