**Automotive Service Manager** to join our Service leadership team.
You will be a dynamic and results driven, experienced Service Manager who prides themselves on delivering a superior Service Experience. Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach the team to ensure they are on track to achieve the departments objectives.
You will also take ownership for driving and enhancing Customer engagement, ensuring every Customer receives an exceptional Customer experience, thereby successfully building high levels of daily customer satisfaction as well as retention and profitability.
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationships with senior leadership, internal departments & manufacturer.
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Strong decision maker, results driven with a focus on exceeding business objectives while ensuring consistent customer service excellence
- Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility, work with, mentor & coach employees’ positively developing their skills & capabilities.
- Solutions focused to identify and drive operational improvements ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ability to enhance Customer Service performance standards through effective leadership & coaching.
- Strong communication & reporting ability
- Consistently adheres to and promotes company/manufacturer values and principles in all business & customer interactions.
- **Proven Experience as a Service Manager in a Dealership environment is Essential**
