**What You’ll Be Doing**

As our Reconditioning Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are presented at their best, meet dealership standards, and are ready for sale.
- Manage the entire reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are prepared for sale efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Lead and oversee a team of technicians and external vendors.
- Monitor vehicle repairs and reconditioning timelines.
- Work closely with the Sales team to prioritise reconditioning schedules.
- Control reconditioning costs while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct final quality inspections, ensuring vehicles meet dealership standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders, costs, and vehicle readiness.
- Troubleshoot workflow or technical challenges and implement fast, effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, dealership policies, and industry best practices.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Strong leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of vehicle repairs, bodywork, detailing, and reconditioning processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage reconditioning timelines efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for liaising with vendors, technicians, and dealership leadership.
- Ability to control reconditioning costs while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Experience with dealership management software, repair order systems, and inventory tracking tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions quickly.
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology is Essential
- Current Victorian Roadworthy Tester’s Licence is Highly Regarded
- Proven Experience in automotive service, reconditioning or fixed operations, preferably within a dealership setting.
