Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Go to Market Manager to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

**Meet our team**

The role sits in the Product and Payments team, a tight knit team of payments experts who are responsible for making sure we deliver payment excellence for our large enterprise, SMB, FS and Consumer customers. The Go to Market Manager will focus on understanding the unique needs and challenges our customer face and translating them into compelling product positioning, customer-centric messaging, and impactful value propositions across customer segments.

- Use your data-driven mindset and passion for addressing customer challenges to guide cross-functional teams from Product and Engineering to Sales Enablement, Marketing and beyond.
- Possess an ability to translate product plans into impact for our customer and customer facing and Sales teams
- Bring a knack for seamlessly shifting between being detail oriented and viewing the strategic picture.

**In your day-to-day role you will**:

- Lead and be accountable for the development and implementation of customer centric and commercially aligned go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements
- Own the product narrative, articulate compelling value propositions for customers, translate product features into customer-centric messaging, and develop sales collateral and training programs to guide sales and marketing teams.
- Steer cross-functional teams, both local and global, across Product, Sales, Customer Success Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement and Marketing. Motivate teams to meet deadlines and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
- Proactively identify, mitigate and escalate risks to product launches to ensure a smooth, transparent and impactful roll out
- Facilitate the development and distribution of up-to-date product content to ensure all teams can easily access accurate and compelling information to promote and manage our products and services
- Identify and gather customer feedback. Effectively translate it into actionable insights, championing the customer voice for the Australian market, advocating for customer needs and problem statements within the product organization, driving customer-centric product development and roadmap prioritization.
- Source, maintain and communicate competitor analysis to inform our market position.
- Own the Product Intake process for Australia to ensure that bottom-up market requests and top-down
