Our client, a well-established InsurTech scale-up, is looking to appoint their first full-time Marketing Manager. Over the last few years they have built amazing products, hired a super-talented team of product engineers and implementation consultants, formalised the senior leadership team and are commited to an ambitious growth strategy. Already with an envious client base and burgeoning sales pipeline, more consistent brand messaging is key to their next growth phase.

**Role Overview**:
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect of the brand’s narrative, leading all marketing initiatives to drive engagement, awareness, and adoption of the organisation’s products. Your strategic vision will guide marketing campaigns across multiple channels, amplifying market presence and customer acquisition efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and UX/UI teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the fintech, insurtech or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies within small to medium sized organisations.
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
