**Your responsibilities...**
- Sponsorship activities and maximising ROI
- Management of ATL and BTL communications, including briefing agencies
- Organisation of PR, print, advertising
- Product launch and go-to-market campaigns
- Reporting, analysis and ensuring solid return on investment, along with budget management
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager

**Your skills and experience...**
- Broad marketing experience across digital, brand, sponsorships, events, lead generation
- Strong analytical skills, you are just as comfortable talking about the creative as you are discussing analytics and diving into the numbers in an Excel spreadsheet
- Broad digital marketing skills, covering website, social media, advertising and eDMs
- Strong brand management skills
- Strong understanding and execution of on-brand marketing activities, including sponsorships and use of influencers
- Organisation and time management
- Team player and able to influence your co-workers in other departments to ensure your deadlines are met
- Ideally, experience in building products, construction or consumer durables.
