**The Role**:

- Establish and develop comprehensive, sales-result-driven marketing strategies such as online and offline promotion initiatives.
- Own all aspects of marketing including the execution of marketing plans and tasks, project delivery, performance tracking, etc.
- Assist the regional manager to achieve the goal of business branding and expanding from the marketing perspective.
- Justify additional investment and resource allocation through detailed analysis and forecasting, effective management of program marketing budget(s) with accountability for maximizing the return on marketing investment.
- Partner closely with Sales to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Work collaboratively across all business units and departments to drive and deliver on growth objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team and further develop team capacity and competency.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in B2B & B2C, CRM, retention marketing or similar disciplines
- Strong project and campaign management skills
- Possess both management and hands-on skills.
- Experience working in diverse structures and a fast-paced environment.
- PR experience is preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
