This role blends creative vision with strategic execution to enhance brand visibility, support sales efforts, and foster client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities while aligning them with long-term strategic goals.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide effective marketing tools and support their efforts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to develop high-quality marketing collateral.
- Critique marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and provide constructive feedback to external agencies.
- Facilitate client interviews and other engagement activities to showcase the company's expertise and client success stories.

**Key Challenges**:

- Balancing the need for consistent daily marketing activities with long-term strategic planning.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Navigating the dynamic landscape of the food and beverage industry and staying ahead of market trends.
- Ensuring effective collaboration and communication between marketing, sales, and external partners.
- Managing expectations and timelines in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proven experience of 4+ years in a similar marketing role, preferably within the B2B sector or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite).
