Marketing Assistant

Established in 1902, in the small Queensland country town of Crows Nest, Ray White has evolved into Australasia's most successful real estate business, now approaching 1,000 individual offices in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Ray White today is still a family owned and led business, now spanning residential, commercial and rural property as well as home loans, property management and property funds investment.

We are a 20 strong marketing team made up of marketing and project specialists, social media and content, PR and media, property management marketing, internal communications, coordinators and four great designers. We are a large yet agile national team, on any given day we could be working closely with any of our six state / country corporate teams, liaising with any of our 800+ franchisees and their agents or working with our senior leadership team to bringing to life new product launches, campaigns or tech initiatives to keep Ray White at the forefront of the industry. We’re a close knit team with a great culture for rolling up our sleeves and just getting things done.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you’ll provide support to the marketing team by being the key point of contact for the network, manage the team administration duties and support on project work across the Ray White brand: residential, commercial and rural. As well as marketing support to all White family businesses as required.

**BUT SPECIFICALLY THAT LOOKS LIKE**:
**TEAM ADMINISTRATION**

Day to day support for the marketing team:

- Daily, weekly, monthly team meetings organisation
- Roadshow organisation - Book rooms, have meetings set up, brief team, prepare presentations
- Monthly reporting
- Invoicing and budget tracking
- Team travel and events logistics and coordination and budgeting
- Expense reconciliation for team managers
- Collate competitor reviews

**Be responsible for delivering weekly and monthly BAU activities**:

- Network enquiry and support through central inbox
- Work with the marketing team to review templates and products in our central marketing system
- Support marketing team to coordinate collateral for annual events: conferences, training etc
- Support marketing team and coordinate updating monthly roadshow presentations
- Support marketing team and coordinate updating monthly state welcome documentation
- Updating and reviewing content on company intranet
- Overflow support to Customer Experience coordinator managing inboxes from time to time
- Lifestyle photo approvals for Ray White network
- Support social media team with content planning, copywriting, and scheduling across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

**Assist the marketing team to deliver adhoc marketing activities**:

- Advice and marketing support for corporate / state teams / White family requests
- Tactical support for White family businesses as required
- Artwork approvals

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary or similar qualifications in communications, marketing
- 1+ years background in communications, marketing, account management role and/or franchising
- Good writer with ability to simplify the complicated
