T.C Boxes product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive tray, canopy and toolbox range in Australia.

**About the Role**:

We are looking for a motivated, keen and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Marketing Team. As a key marketing role within T.C Boxes you will strategically develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will lead and evolve digital marketing team and be responsible for organising engaging content, develop marketing relations and execute data-driven decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Development, execution and management of cross-channel performance marketing plans across key digital marketing platforms & channels with the support of the marketing team.
- Brainstorm and strategize concepts and marketing plans with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the broader Marketing Team to extend campaigns into digital channels.
- Work closely with our Digital Agencies & platforms to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency across our organic and paid search activity.
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Highly developed and demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing a team and their workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
