**About the opportunity**

As Clinical Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Cardiac Physiologists and Sonographers across both onsite and remote operations.

Working closely with clinical, operational and leadership stakeholders, you’ll play a central role in:

- Driving day-to-day team performance, scheduling, and resource planning
- Building a collaborative and motivated team culture
- Providing coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities
- Managing escalations and ensuring client satisfaction
- Supporting the design and delivery of training and development programs for clinical staff

This is a key role within the Australian management team, offering the chance to shape the success of a growing clinical operation.

You’re an experienced people leader, confident in guiding high-performing professionals. You're energised by coaching and supporting others to grow, and you know how to drive accountability while maintaining trust. You thrive in a dynamic clinical setting where attention to detail, customer care and operational excellence are non-negotiable. Most importantly, you're passionate about building a positive team culture where people feel heard, valued and inspired to do their best work.

**You bring**:

- Proven track record in leading and coaching experienced staff, ideally within a healthcare, clinical or technical setting
- A passion for developing individuals and strengthening team performance
- Experience driving performance conversations, giving feedback and creating growth plans
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and people-first leadership
- High standards for quality, accuracy and customer care
- Sound analytical thinking and comfort with clinical or technical data
- A relevant degree in Science or Health (beneficial but not essential)
