**What this opportunity involves**:
As our Transaction Manager, you’ll have highly developed property transaction/ technical leasing experience holding a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (Or Agent/ Sales Cert).

This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. It is also highly autonomous, but you will be supported by a large network of diverse and energetic colleagues spread nationally across one of JLL’s biggest accounts.

You’ll take pride in the exceptional management if your portfolio, being particular about attention to detail and capable of managing to an extensive reporting cadence both internally and externally.

**A snapshot of the day-to-day duties**:
You’ll deliver operational, client and customer service excellence across the portfolio, focusing on the interpretation and execution of all transactional leasing requirements. Exceeding performance expectations, you will develop and implement site and portfolio strategies, as well as prepare timely and accurate reports, market comparisons, forecasting and budgets.

Working with our Leasing Director & National Transaction Manager, you’ll ensure that our business plan and objectives are achieved and meet agreed client expectations. You will also drive rent reviews, update lease administration, raise lease transaction plans, negotiate and prepare new leases, renewals and licenses as well as managing all critical dates and key leasing events.

You will have highly developed leasing experience and thorough working knowledge of key legislative and regulatory considerations. You will align our government strategy to ensure consistency and excellence in the delivery of transaction management, allowing JLL to achieve ambitions.

You must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain and hold Federal Government level security clearances in order to comply with our client’s requirement.
