**The Opportunity**

Ideally suited to an experienced senior analyst or transaction manager seeking to work in a dynamic, pleasant, well-regarded organisation.

The business has a clear strategy, and a settled team. Having operated in the major capital cities on the eastern seaboard for three decades, the group has a long history in the identification and execution of commercial property investments with positive returns.

Under the leadership of an experienced executive team, added to which are a blend of dynamic future leaders.

A fully integrated model provides transaction, asset management, development, and funds management to local and offshore institutional unlisted capital.

The role will involve detailed financial analysis of acquisition and divestments, in both Forbury and excel models.

As part of a small team, you will be encouraged to originate and execute transactions, and coordinate consultants (valuers, lawyers, etc) through a deal process.

The vision will be to develop into an experienced senior transaction manager over a reasonable timeframe.
