- Qualify for exciting benefits, incl. two weeks of additional paid leaveThe Transaction Manager will review all client deal transaction documentation to which a Perpetual entity is a party and ensure that deals are closed in a manner which protects Perpetual’s position.

- Review documentation to identify areas of legal, commercial or operational risk and resolve to the satisfaction of your manager
- Manage transaction timetables in accordance with client expectations
- Engage and manage appointed lawyers for the legal review of documents
- Ensure timely completion of conditions precedent and handover to operations
- Be across industry developments and industry seminars

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience ideally include:

- Business/ Finance/Economics/Law degree
- Three or more years experience with a bank, financial institution or legal practice
- Exposure to securitisation or structured finance documentation
