The Opportunity

Reporting into the General Manager, Originations and as a member of the Dexus Infrastructure Origination team, the Transactions Manager will be responsible for sourcing and executing transactions across all infrastructure sectors in Australia and New Zealand, including Airports, Transport, Energy, Social and Public Private Partnerships.

You will make an impact by:
- Supporting due diligence workstreams, building and managing financial models and preparing investment papers- Playing a key role in negotiations with legal support, make tactical decisions in the deal process, prioritise due diligence issues, and ensure high-quality outputs.- Ensuring accurate reflection of due diligence findings, sensitivity analysis, and capital structure development- Presenting to Portfolio Managers on investment opportunities to ensure transactions meet fund criteria- Reviewing and challenging key assumptions, business drivers, risk analysis, and valuation outputs- Owning the drafting of papers for the Investment Committee

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring at least 7+ years of professional experience in investment banking, financial advisory or investment management. Prior experience in funds management and a strong network in infrastructure, IB and financial services industries is highly desirable. Partnered with a strong understanding of investment propositions, key drivers and risks in transactions, you'll exhibit sound business, commercial and transactional judgement and make timely decisions. With an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, a natural ability to build rapport and leverage networks, you'll see yourself succeed in this role.
