**Description**:
As our new Internal Comms Advisor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering content for our global employee group, to actively engage our internal audiences across PharmaCare. You will promote our employer brand across platforms such as LinkedIn, our website and other external comms opportunities.

Your first big project will be to deliver a new intranet to bring our global teams together.

**Additional responsibilities include**:

- Creating and managing a rolling planner / calendar of content, posts, and other communications
- Day-to-day management of PharmaCare's global internal communications channels
- Analysis of effectiveness of internal comms and recommend adjustments accordingly
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement internal comms campaigns that support the PharmaCare people strategy and objectives
- Work with employees across the business to identify and produce content and stories that support corporate channels and events
- Work with People and Culture team to promote our EVP to both existing and future employees

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Internal Communications experience (in-house) 2+ years experience
- Experience in creating and executing business-wide communications
- Communications, marketing or journalism degree
- Good writing and story-telling skills, with strong understanding of editing, grammar and plain language principles
- Ability to operate efficiently and produce content within short turn-around times
- Experience working with intranet platforms or other internal social media options / e-based communications channels
- Strong digital skills
- Good attention to detail and editing skills
- Experience with LinkedIn as a channel for promoting EVP and employer brand
