You will promote our employer brand across platforms such as LinkedIn, our website and other external comms opportunities. Your first big project will be to deliver a new intranet to bring our global teams together. **Additional responsibilities include**: - Creating and managing a rolling planner / calendar of content, posts, and other communications - Day-to-day management of PharmaCare's global internal communications channels - Analysis of effectiveness of internal comms and recommend adjustments accordingly - Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement internal comms campaigns that support the PharmaCare people strategy and objectives - Work with employees across the business to identify and produce content and stories that support corporate channels and events - Work with People and Culture team to promote our EVP to both existing and future employees **Skills and Experiences**: - Internal Communications experience (in-house) 2+ years experience - Experience in creating and executing business-wide communications - Communications, marketing or journalism degree - Good writing and story-telling skills, with strong understanding of editing, grammar and plain language principles - Ability to operate efficiently and produce content within short turn-around times - Experience working with intranet platforms or other internal social media options / e-based communications channels - Strong digital skills - Good attention to detail and editing skills - Experience with LinkedIn as a channel for promoting EVP and employer brand
