**Description**:
About the role
The main role of our customer service team is to ensure customer and consumer enquiries are dealt with promptly whilst at all times upholding the highest standards of customer service and problem solving. You will build and foster relationships both internally and externally and maintain communication.
- Supply admin support for the Web and Finance teams in relation to web sales and credits
- Provide accurate information to our transport companies for their follow up to close off claims
- Back up reception when required
- Attend to inbound calls
- Take customer orders and upsell where possible
- Learning and keeping up to date with all internal computer systems
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches, please consider your location before applying.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Relevant customer service experience, preferably call centre
Results focused background
- experience in working in a performance measured environment.
Strong confident phone manner.
A love of people and the passion and desire to provide excellent customer service.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must possess initiative and be well organised.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong and proactive problem solving skills.
Ability to collect, analyse and organise information, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Salesforce and or JDE would be of advantage
