**Description**:
As the Internal Comms Coordinator, you are responsible for creating and delivering content for our global employee group, to actively engage both internal and external audiences across PharmaCare. You will promote our employer brand across platforms such as our Intranet, LinkedIn, our website and other external comms opportunities. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week, of 5 hours each day across 4 days per week.
You will work within the People & Culture team to deliver attraction and retention initiatives and cultural celebration activities.
**Additional responsibilities include**:

- Managing a rolling planner / calendar of content, posts, and other communications
- Day-to-day management of PharmaCare's global internal communications channels
- Work with employees across the business to identify and produce content and stories that support corporate channels and events
- Effectively deliver employee events at our Warriewood site
- Establish strong relationships with employees across the PharmaCare globe, so you are aware of events and other activities to communicate to the wider team
- Work with People and Culture team to promote our EVP to both existing and future employees

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in internal communications or related field (e.g. marketing, P&C or other administrative role with a writing component)
- Good organisation and project management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and communication tools - Sharepoint experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and corporate communications - or willingness to learn best practices
- Experience with content creation for digital platforms and intranet systems
- Understanding of HR processes and functions is desirable
