**Description**:
About the role
Reporting to the Quality Manager you will work within the broader science teams liaising with your internal stakeholders on a daily basis. You will be on-site in the office each day ensuring quality improvement activities are directed toward continuous quality improvement. Your duties will include:

- Maintain effective and compliant Quality Management systems in accordance with all applicable local regulatory / International standards.
- Champion the quality assurance processes and strategy, driving quality improvement across the business
- Coordinate activities required for customer and product compliance including; internal auditing, preventative & corrective action systems, ensuring completion and maintenance of Quality records and documentation
- Maintain quality specifications and statistics and set inspection and testing standards
- Investigate, develop and implement action plans to reduce non-conformance frequency and impact
- Maintain key quality metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist the Quality Manager in day-to-day operations.

About you
You have a positive attitude, enjoy learning and problem solving and, adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Other key criteria that will support your success in this role:

- Technically savvy, process driven
- Sound communication skills
- Qualification, or equivalent experience, in a science related field essential e.g. pharmacology, nutrition and dietetics or life sciences
- Exposure to a quality management system
- Must be motivated and organised with great attention to detail
- Exposure to working in a science related field
