**The role**

As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams of the business and report directly to the Finance Business Partner. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead planning processes across Sales & Marketing, including volume, revenue and overheads
- Manage monthly sales forecasting through the S&OP process
- Deliver insightful monthly reporting to senior stakeholders
- Analyse product margins and identify opportunities to grow volume and profitability
- Support capital investment proposals and new product development with robust financial analysis
- Influence decision-making through deep understanding of sales operations and market dynamics
- Collaborate with Finance Shared Services and review key reporting


**About you**

**To be successful in this role you will have;**
- Bachelor of Business or similar
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience in Sales & Marketing finance (preferred)
- Strong analytical and influencing skills
- Ability to translate numbers into compelling business stories
- Proficiency in SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (preferred)
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
