The role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and are naturally tech-savvy? Crown Lands is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information System Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Be the go-to expert for users of Crown land applications, offering guidance and resolving queries with confidence and clarity.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on logged issues—then roll up your sleeves and propose smart, practical solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve helpdesk matters swiftly and effectively, keeping service standards high and frustrations low.
  • Support user acceptance testing, deliver engaging training sessions, and help craft clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Maintain helpdesk logs with precision and keep clients updated on the progress of their issues—because communication is key.

What we're looking for

  • A knack for technical troubleshooting and customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Experience with helpdesk systems or application support
  • A curious mind and a proactive attitude—you're always looking for ways to improve
