The role
As the Senior Assessment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sale and management of land assets. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks, conducting thorough assessments, and supporting strategic decision-making across property portfolios.
Key responsibilities;
- Manage and coordinate land sales and property transactions in accordance with statutory requirements
- Provide expert advice on land administration policies, procedures, and legislative obligations
- Conduct evidence-based investigations and assessments to support land use decisions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of land-related projects
- Monitor and interpret changes in the business environment and regulatory landscape

What you will bring to the role
- Strong experience in property management and land administration, particularly in relation to land sales
