**About the role**
As the Marketing Growth Manager for Jimmy Brings, your role is to achieve commercial and customer objectives through the acquisition of new customers and improved online conversion.

**Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Develop a strategy to acquire new customers to register and make a purchase with Jimmy Brings
- In collaboration with the Merch team, develop the trade plan which will be promoted through owned and paid channels
- Responsible for developing and leading the end-to-end planning, implementation, analysis & optimisation of paid digital activity with our paid media agency
- Identify audience targeting strategies to drive incremental reach and sales volume.
- Embed ‘test, learn and optimise’ into all existing activity and new media formats/opportunities
- Identify opportunities on the website and app to implement a CRO testing plan, and mechanisms in place to feed positive results into the product roadmap
- Collaborate with other Endeavour Brands to take a group wide portfolio approach to how we use paid media
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to seamlessly bring brand and digital campaigns to life across all channels

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have a creative flair with a growth mindset. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- Extensive experience in a commercial environment including experience within ecommerce trading
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- Experience managing 3rd party agencies
- Experience in trading performance media channels and working in a high growth online environment will be highly regarded
