Y&S Accounting was founded by Yaritza Salazar, who has more than 14 years of experience in the provision of financial/accounting services. Since 2008, we have helped many businesses and individuals both local and international to achieve impressive results on their Australian taxation, financial, and business needs. Our services cover areas such as Tax Returns Preparation, BAS Preparation, Bookkeeping Services, Leaving Australia Superannuation claims, Business registrations, and financial accounts preparation.
Our main goals are maintaining long lasting relationships with our customers and the development of effective strategies. We strive to achieve the best solutions tailored to individual needs and requirements. Our strategy is to establish a strong partnership and serve as a trusted contributor to ongoing success.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team If you’re a passionate, results-driven professional with a knack for sales and marketing, we want to hear from you.
**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead and oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at maximizing Y&S Accounting’s growth and client retention, with a specific focus on expanding services into the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Formulate and execute marketing and advertising policies in collaboration with accounting practice managers, ensuring alignment with Y&S Accounting's professional services vision while overseeing the performance of the marketing team.
- Manage and supervise the firm’s marketing activities across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube and other professional platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that highlights Y&S Accounting's taxation and financial expertise.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Y&S Accounting's reputation among clients, referral partners, and the broader business community, delegating tasks to the marketing and sales team for effective execution.
- Organize and control sales operations by directing accounting service packages, defining target client segments, and maintaining exceptional professional service standards.
- Lead client acquisition initiatives by coordinating business development activities and establishing strategic partnerships with strategic partners, financial institutions and business advisory firms.
- Establish and implement pricing strategies for accounting and taxation services, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining service value.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends in the accounting industry, assess competitor offerings, and discover new opportunities in the financial services sector.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns promoting Y&S Accounting's taxation, financial planning, and business advisory services across various channels.
- Direct and coordinate the firm's professional networking activities, including the coordination of taxation seminars, financial webinars, and industry events across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide offices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and client acquisition programs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and market response.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounting clients, financial industry partners, and relevant professional associations to support practice growth and market expansion.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Economics, Marketing or related field
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1.5 years' experience in sales and marketing management
- Demonstrated experience developing marketing and sales strategies
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing and business development with educational agencies and educational providers
- Proven track record developing partnerships with educational providers and student service organizations
- Track record of successful client acquisition within multicultural markets, particularly Spanish and Portuguese-speaking communities
- Knowledge of Australian accounting, financial services, and international education sectors
- Understanding of international student market and financial requirements for international students
**Skills**:
