We are currently looking for Passionate **Talent Acquisition Consultant** who are based out of **Melbourne**.

**Role Title**:Talent Acquisition Consultant

**Location**:Melbourne

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including **sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring**:

- Work closely with **hiring managers** to understand staffing needs and **ensure timely recruitment**:

- Attend the **daily stand-up call **and provide updates on the roles assigned
- Working experience on job portals such as **Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, SEEK**:

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and competitive
- Good communication skills
