Due to our global expansion, we are looking for a true leader, a people person. Someone who demonstrates a clear ability to build and nurture relationships and can motivate and drive our business to the next level as the International Sales and Marketing Manager.

You will meet ambitious targets to drive growth in sales revenue and continue to generate new business on a world-wide scale.

**About you**

You have a passion for what you do and build on it with drive and tenacity. You are open-minded and strive to reach your full potential and love connecting with people on an international scale.

As the International Sales and Marketing Manager you will have experience in customer negotiations and holding potential business discussions. You are equipped with a proactive flair and are results driven with a positive approach possessing a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Minimum of 10 years previous sales and marketing experience preferred
- Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

**While no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Create and manage consistent international lead flow and efficiently move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Marketing - Plan, coordinate and implement marketing strategies across various social media and advertising platforms to increase target audiences
- Cultivate and qualify prospect relationships with effective over the phone consultation
- Review and maintain customer relationships through our databases to identify target portfolios and market opportunities
- Lead marketing activities using platforms
- Manage your own deadlines and make Manager decisions
