Our client offers wide range of automated pedestrian, industrial and residential doors, equipment and services.

**Your new role**

The role requires you to prepare routine documentation and undertake general duties associated with the monitoring of debtor accounts.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Maintain all receivables related records in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage credit exposure through proactive credit control and collection functions
- Continuously improve collections within credit terms to maximise cash flow
- Liaising with the branches and sales staff to resolve issues with invoices
- Tracking overdue invoices, sending reminder to customers in a timely manner and sending monthly statements.
- Performing routine documentation and general administrative duties associated with the monitoring of accounts receivable.
- Contract Administration support (Bank Guarantees, Deed of Release, etc)
- Demonstrate integrity, resilience, accountability, and ethical behaviour.
- Ability to take initiative, maintain effective work habits and produce high quality results.

**What you'll need to succeed**

**Essential experience**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a corporate environment essential
- Previous experience in the construction industry or facility management preferable
- Good record keeping skills
- Good knowledge of financial legislative requirements
- Be able to interpret figures
- Experience with systems such as Mfg Pro and SAP
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills
- Team player
- Ability to work with others and communicate issues to non-accounting personnel.

**What you'll get in return**
