**The Role - A Day in the Life of Scape’s Accounts Receivable Team Leader**:
As the **Accounts Receivable Team Leader**, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our accounts receivable function, leading a team of up to five to ensure smooth operations and exceptional outcomes. You’ll be hands-on in overseeing tenant bonds, refunds, and revenue reconciliation while leveraging Scape’s cutting-edge Customer Management System (CMS) to streamline processes.

This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving financial excellence.

- You’ll oversee the generation and distribution of tax invoices, ensure prompt debt collection, and manage overdue accounts with external agencies.
- Stay on top of all revenue streams with accurate reconciliations and provide detailed reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- You’ll ensure tenancy bonds are correctly lodged with state authorities and process student refunds in line with regulations.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a collaborative and efficient AR team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure incoming payments are allocated accurately, and payment batches are managed seamlessly.
- Contribute to broader finance operations, including unearned revenue reconciliation and charge uploads.
