**Release of Information Administration Officer**

**_ Permanent Part-Time opportunity (45.6 hours per fortnight)_**

**About the Role**

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers while managing the release of information in compliance with legislation and

hospital policies and procedures. You will also maintain the administration of all new and developed clinical forms which are used in accordance with AS2828.

**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the Health Care sector
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated initiative and decision-making skills with commitment to customer service
- Ability to utilise efficient problem-solving techniques
- Extensive administrative experience, including proficient word processing/computer skills (MSOffice Suite)

**_Desirable_**
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and comply with strict deadlines
- Knowledge of the current health legislation
- Good working knowledge of Subpoenas
- Knowledge of Medical terminology
- Demonstrated knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of a computerised patient administration system
- Sound analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with SharePoint

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be up-to-date in their **vaccination against COVID-19 (including the third dose, as required)** using a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation.
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
