**Customer Service Administrator Casual position for 25 - 32 hours per week (7am -3 -3:30pm) with the view for permanency after three months**

**Your new role**

Reporting to the QLD Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service role will be part of a supportive logistics team focused on delivering outstanding results based from our Beenleigh branch.

**Your offerings to the team will include**:

- Facilitate the processing of customer orders, customer deliveries, customer returns and branch transfers in accordance with internal policies & procedures.
- Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively communicate with customers and be the main point of contact for existing clients.
- Manage stock availability
- Schedule transport
- Assist with the annual stock‐takes and periodical cyclic counts
- Process freight invoices
- Assist and support Sales Engineers and Technical Team in meeting customer expectations; provide a comprehensive first-class operational service
- Experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethics, open and reliable
- Excellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
